Padprinting Inks
We supply padprinting inks specially designed for pad printing.
They are suitable for various types of applications, such as automotive, advertising, medical,
cosmetic, electronic, or sports.
Ink mixing:
In addition to standard shades such as white, black, blue…
and similar, we mix inks of any shade according to PMS and RAL, or based on
a sample provided by the client.
Types of padprinting inks:
We offer various types of inks for different materials.
The most commonly used are standard TO/10 inks, available as single-component or
two-component formulations.
Key criteria for selecting the right ink:
– ink adhesion to the material surface
– ink coverage
– ink resistance to chemical products or mechanical wear
– UV resistance (indoor or outdoor use)
– glossy or matte finish
Provide us with your material, and we will specify the suitable color as well as the shade you desire.
Thinners for our paints:
– TO/10 A thinner – standard, normal-evaporating thinner
Used under normal environmental conditions
– TO/10 AR thinner – slow-evaporating thinner (retarder)
Used at high temperatures and low humidity
– TO/10 AS thinner – fast-evaporating thinner
Used in cold and humid environments.
Hardeners
– TO/10 H hardener – standard hardener
– TO/10 HGL hardener – hardener for printing on glass and ceramics
